DDPY combines power yoga poses, dynamic resistance, rehabilitation exercises, and classic calisthenics(Crunches lunges push ups etc) all provided with modifications so that you can make the program your own. I've met Arthur, Met Dallas, and I've met pretty much all of the people in the DVDs, What you see is what you get, its a great workout that can be used by people of all fitness levels. It will give you what you put into it, its accessible for pretty much ALL fitness levels, I get the cynical attitude - however its not what DDPY is about, I suggest joining the facebook group, as it is one of the most positive and best spots to learn about the program.
